Our client is one of Ireland’s leading payment solutions providers. They are currently looking for a Customer Retention Executive to join their team in Dublin. This role will work to improve customer retention rates and curtail the number to customers migrating to competitor services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outbound calling to existing customer base with the objective of extending contracts and retaining customers
  • Gain a complete understanding of the business in order to ensure pricing is competitive while maximizing profitability for customers
  • Identify key factors in customers looking to leave
  • Keep a detailed record of all activity and leads using CRM system
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports identifying & tracking key KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver a systematic programme of customer engagement
  • Manage telesales campaigns to educate customers on the benefits of the services, identify cross sell opportunities and determine levels of customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with other appropriate departments within the company to quickly resolve any issues with ‘risk@ customers
  • Ensure that key risks are identified and monitored
  • Keep up to date with trends in the marker and competitor activity

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with outbound telesales/sales support
  • Individual must be customer focused & have excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record of using initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated record of achieving daily/weekly targets and proactively contribute to maximising sales revenue
